The Genie NFT Collection will follow a structured and transparent minting process designed to reward early supporters and loyal holders within the Genie ecosystem.

Mint Price

The base mint price is 0.005 ETH (~22.3 USD).

Holders Benefits on Mint Phase

To recognize our most dedicated holders, special mint privileges will apply:

• 5M+ GENIE Holders:

  • 1 Free Mint for every 5 million GENIE that you hold

  • 2 NFTs at 0.0035 ETH each

  • 5 Additional WL Mint Slots

• 1M+ GENIE Holders:

  • 2 NFTs at 0.0035 ETH each

  • 5 Additional WL Mint Slots

A snapshot will be taken on October 5, 2025 at 23:59 CET to determine eligible holders for these exclusive benefits.

Mint Phases

The mint process will be executed in four distinct phases, ensuring fairness and structured rollout:

Phase	Name	Description
Phase 1	Team	Reserved for the core team and treasury allocation. A total of 69 NFTs will be minted to the treasury wallet for future development, rewards, and collaborations.
Phase 2	Free Mint	Exclusive to 5M+ GENIE holders eligible for their free mint allocation.
Phase 3	Holder Discounted	1M+ and 5M+ GENIE holders will be able to mint their discounted NFTs at 0.0035 ETH.
Phase 4	Whitelist	Whitelisted wallets and selected community members will gain early access to mint before the public phase.
Phase 5	Public	Open to everyone at the standard mint price of 0.005 ETH.

Each phase will have its own allocation and minting window, ensuring smooth distribution and community engagement throughout the launch.
